We wish to reward you for promoting our services among your friends and acquaintances. We thus designed the Earning Module Program described below (the "Earning Program").
- General. The Earning Program allows you to receive reward credits ("Rewards") to your WowApp Account for referring a friend or acquaintance ("Referred User") to WowApp ("WowApp", "us", "we") and for your and his/her usage of the app. The earning potential for users is further enhanced by the creation of user networks where every user invited to the system becomes part of another network.
To participate in the Earning Program, you must have a valid WowApp Account which is in good standing and you must comply with the requirements and terms of this policy ("Policy").
As the networks grow and increase so does the earning potential for each user. This goes through 8 levels in the hierarchy.
The rewards granted are in the form of Earnings, defined as follows:
Earnings: all earnings resulted from the revenue generating actions you and your network perform in WowApp. This may include earnings pending review and approval for cash out (Earnings On-Hold). You can view earnings you can use at any given time in the Available Earnings section. Earnings received by placing a paid phone call by you or by someone from your network are uploaded simultaneously in your WowApp Account.
Earnings On-Hold: Earnings from Advertise Me are considered "On-Hold" and pending clearance or correction by advertising partners until they are approved for issuance.
Available Earnings: all earnings on WowApp that you can use at any given time. The choice is yours: you can either contribute to a charity or cash them out. Available Earnings will not be adjusted or reversed unless the earnings are invalidated by fraud and/or a subsequent chargeback, reversal or claim.
- Referred User. The Referred User must be an individual or entity with whom you have a pre-existing relationship. You may not obtain names for referrals from group email addresses, third party bulk mailing lists, customer lists, or other similar sources. You may not send unsolicited emails ("Spam") for purposes of generating referrals. You must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, and in any case you may only send emails to people you have permission to send to and who have granted such permission by "opting-in" to receive your emails. If you send Spam, WowApp may immediately and permanently terminate your WowApp Account. You may not refer yourself for the Earning Program.
- Rewards Requirements. You will receive Rewards only if the Referred User meets all of the following conditions: (1) signs up for a WowApp Account through the referral link provided to you by WowApp; (2) becomes a verified user of the WowApp system; and (3) does not already have a WowApp personal, business or other account at the time of the referral.
- Rewards Amount. The amount of the Rewards will be based on WowApp's calculation of a certain percentage of the Referred User's contribution to WowApp. The specific factors considered and metrics applied when calculating the Referred User's contribution are subject to change from time to time and are considered highly sensitive elements of WowApp's confidential earnings algorithm.
- How you can use the Rewards. The Rewards shall be credited to your WowApp Account as "WowCoins", our own special currency. Although the WowCoins are our own currency, they are not a virtual currency and cannot be traded or used elsewhere besides the WowApp. One (1) WowCoin is the equivalent of one US Dollar Cent and its value will not be affected by the international currencies exchange rate. Here is how you can use your rewards:
- to cash-out to your WowCredit and place paid calls using WowApp or purchase other calling products on WowApp;
- to donate them to Charity;
- to cash-out to your Credit Card;
- to cash-out to your PayPal account;
- to cash-out to your Bank Account.
The operations presented at points a) to e) from above will incur transaction fees as listed in Donate or Cash Out page.
- Illegal Funds and Unlawful Activities. WowApp has the right to monitor all WowApp Account activity. You will not use the Earning Program to engage in any fraud, abuse, unlawful or suspicious activity or prohibited transaction (including, without limitation, for money laundering) under any applicable jurisdiction (in particular, the laws of the United States). If (at WowApp's sole reasonable discretion) WowApp suspects you have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, unlawful or improper activity, including, without limitation, money laundering activities or conduct otherwise in violation of this Policy or applicable laws, WowApp reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Earning Program immediately and without notice and your WowApp Account shall be blocked. If your WowApp Account is terminated or blocked in such circumstances, WowApp is under no obligation to pay you any Rewards that may be due to you. In addition to terminating your access to the Earning Program and/or blocking your WowApp Account, WowApp reserves the right to suspend your access to any of WowApp's websites, servers, and/or services. WowApp will be entitled to inform relevant authorities in such case. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, WowApp reserves the right to take any necessary legal action and may have grounds to confiscate any Rewards redeemed as a result of such activity. In addition, you may be liable for monetary losses to WowApp, including litigation costs and damages, and you will not be allowed to participate in the Earning Program in the future.
- Changes to the Earning Program. WowApp strives for consistency in its Earning Program. However, changes in external market conditions, applicable laws or financial circumstances may require changes to the Earning Program rules. Because WowApp cannot reasonably predict all such external changes, WowApp maintains the right to modify the Earning program rules at any time, including those rules governing calculation of the Rewards amounts. Your continued participation in the Earning Program constitutes your acceptance of any changes to the terms and conditions of the Earning Program. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable of any changes that WowApp makes to the Earning Program and the Policy. The most current version of the Policy will be available on the website wowapp.com and will supersede all previous versions of the Policy.
- Compliance with Terms and Conditions. By participating in this Earning Program, you agree to be subject to the terms of this Policy as well as the WowAppTerms of Service, the WowApp Privacy Policy and the end user license agreement/s applicable to the WowApp Software that you use. You will provide us with any information that we request to verify compliance with the terms of this Policy and we have the right to delay payments if we do not receive from you the requested details. Without derogating from the foregoing, WowApp reserves the right to close your WowApp Account and/or restrict you from participating in this Earning Program if you fail to comply with any of such terms and conditions. You are hereby required to keep in confidence and may not disclose to any third party the details of your WowApp Account including the amount of Rewards granted to you and/or to which you are entitled. We may amend this Policy from time to time and shall notify you of any material changes. Your continued participation in the Earning Program shall constitute your confirmation of such changes and shall be subject to this Policy as amended.
- Program Void. The Earning Program is void where prohibited by federal, state, or local law. This Policy sets forth all the terms of the Earning Program. WowApp has no other obligation with respect to the Earning Program beyond those described in this Policy.
